Frank is the Host of the nationally syndicated Entrepreneurial Excellence Radio Show and he is the Founder/President of the Entrepreneurial Excellence Worldwide, Inc. a personal and professional development firm. EEWI has Licensed Associates conducting Entrepreneurial Development Programs in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Asia. His company has worked with thousands of business owners and sales professionals around the world. Frank is the Executive Director (Franchise Owner) of BNI Hudson Valley. He founded BNI-Mid Hudson Valley in 1995.

Frank is the co-author of, Successful Business Networking, (Chandler House Press 1998) and a contributing author along with Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield, Jay Conrad Levinson, Dr. Ivan Misner, Zig Ziglar and Ken Blanchard to the Wall Street Journal & New York Times Best Seller, The Masters of Networking (Bard Press 2000). His most recent book, Business, Networking & Sex: Not what you think! is being published by Entrepreneur Press and will be released in January 2012. He is an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker, trainer and CEO performance coach.

Frank incorporated his first business at the age of 18 while attending college at Syracuse University and an has been an entrepreneur ever since. He calls himself “unemployable” and has started, grown and sold several companies. Frank has learned the right things to do in business through his experience of doing many things wrong. His ability to understand his mistakes, learn from them and implement his corrections has been a key to his success. This, along with his inspirational communication style, is what allowed him to found his Consulting and Training firm and become one of the most sought after speakers in the USA, Europe and Asia.
